The Lotus Garden is fusion of Asian cuisine:
 Japanese, Chinese and Thai.

Come sample our Japanese Sushi style of dining.  Our “All You Can Eat Sushi”* Bar offers an amazing array of sushi delights.  We also offer Japanese Teriyaki and Tempura.  Try the Pink Salmon Teriyaki made with the same high quality used in our sushi.  We make it pan-seared, caramelized on both sides, and we’ll leave it a little soft in the middle so the fresh flavor of salmon comes through; our homemade teriyaki sauce has a little shot of sake in it.

Our Tempura of Jumbo Shrimps and mixed seafood is a generous dish that serves two.

Sweet and Sour Pork is cubed, breaded and stir fried in our homemade tangy sweet and sour sauce.

Enjoy our fresh out of the water Whole Snapper - a half kilo fish, fried and topped with Chinese style sweet and sour sauce using local ingredients.  Can also be prepared  with Thai seasonings.

Our boldly flavored Yellow Curry dishes are made with coconut milk and diced lemongrass cut fresh from our garden.  We also grow Thai chilies (the little birds-eye chilies) Thai basil, galangal (a ginger root), scallions for the Chinese dishes, and most of the decorations, the flowers, for the Sushi plates come from our garden as well.

Another of our favorite Thai dishes is Chicken Satay in a peanut sauce, spiced up with fresh from the garden Thai chilies, garlic and bell peppers.

The Tatami Lounge is a traditional Japanese-style extension to our restaurant. Accommodating around 20 people, it is perfect for big groups, parties and formal occasions. Reserve ahead for your birthday or anniversary celebrations and relish in the decorative Kimono and original Japanese artwork.

COME & ENJOY!

The newest addition to our menu is our Chef’s Suggestion:
Freshly caught from our own pond - Tilapia Fillet In Thai Honey and Lemon Sauce, Served with Jasmine rice and fresh vegetables on a sizzling hot plate.
